We have a dynamic team delivering results that often exceed customer expectations. We are looking for consultants to fill the following positions based in Southeast Asia and India.

Principal Consultant (Project Director) Position is based in Southeast Asia and India
Working with a full time project manager, to direct consulting 1+ consulting projects ensuring delivery of high quality results to client.

Requirements:
  • Seen as a ‘peer’, with specialist logistics / supply chain knowledge, by director / VP level staff in client organizations – typically major multinational companies
  • Able to successfully manage the senior client relationships on a project
  • Direct the planning and set-up of all aspects of the project
  • Provide senior support / oversight to the project manager who will run the project day-to-day
  • Define and lead the preparation of key materials for workshops or final deliverables and lead the workshops / presentations
  • Preferably with a minimum of 15 years experience in logistics / operations / supply chain functions in major companies / consulting / third party logistics – and will currently be working at a VP / director / senior manager level
  • Likely to be mid 30s or older
  • Will be an all-rounder: proven track record of managing change in the supply chain with good knowledge of overall supply chain and ability to manage projects / client relationships.

Senior Consultant (Project Manager) Position is based in Southeast Asia and India
A full time project manager, supported by a Project Director, to deliver consulting projects ensuring delivery of high quality results to client.

Requirements:
  • Seen as a ‘peer’, with specialist logistics / supply chain knowledge, by senior managerial level staff in client organizations – typically major multinational companies
  • Able to successfully manage the day-to-day client relationships with the managers within client supply chain / logistics organizations on a project
  • Contribute to the planning and set-up of all aspects of the project (which is lead by the Project Director).
  • Run the project day-to-day, ensuring completion of tasks to time and quality, using team resource as per plan and reporting on progress to Project Director and any issues which can not be solved by the Project Manager.
  • Will have strong analytical and numeracy skills – including good spreadsheet skills and ideally also strong database skills
  • Analytical skills will have been demonstrated by past strongly analytical roles
  • Prepare key materials for workshops or final deliverables
  • Preferably with a minimum of 6-10 years experience in logistics / operations / supply chain functions in major companies / consulting / third party logistics – and will currently be working at a senior manager / manager level
  • Likely to be late 20s / early 30s or older
  • Will be an all-rounder: must be able to undertake analysis to identify appropriate change, must be able to both understand / manage process change and also handle client relationships with client managers.
