LCA has a consulting team of around 15 members drawn from Asia and the West. As a team we have many years experience in managing and improving supply chain operations in Asia. The team has skills varying from the most hands-on operational to complex forecasting and mathematical optimization skills.

John Talbot
CEO
John has over 20 years experience in the logistics industry, the last 11 years being spent running operations and consulting in Asia. John has held senior logistics positions at Mayne Nickless and Diethelm; his consulting clients include DHL, GlaxoSmithKline and Maersk.
John holds a masters degree in Logistics from Cranfield University in the UK and an Arts degree from the University of London.
Ng Li Wah
COO GTI
Li Wah has over 10 years experience in logistics systems and operations and supply chain consulting. She leads our operational improvement and systems implementation assignments, and has delivered projects for Danone, Lufthansa / Air China and TNT.
Li Wah holds a degree in Logistics from RMIT in Australia.
